Conner's Cause for Children 16th Annual Benefit Gala, "Let the Good Times" Roll" was held on October 17th
at the Hilton Garden Inn in Torrey Hills. Thanks in large part to a $25,000 matching grant from long time
Conner's Cause supporters, Tony and Jamie Carr, this year's Gala raised over $71,000, making it one of our
most successful to date. The revenue from this year's Gala goes directly to helping over 350 families in
San Diego, Riverside, and Imperial Counties struggling with the emotional and financial burdens of caring
for a child with a life threatening illness or injury.

Each year, Conner's Cause for Children provides critical financial assistance to over 300
families struggling to cover the out of pocket costs of caring for a child with a
life-threatening illness or injury. We make sure that no child goes without medical
services or proper in-home care because of a family's lack of resources. Current
economic conditions have made it much more difficult for these families to take care
of their very sick children.
